Anulan vinculación a proceso de Roberto Borge

El Juez Sexto de Distrito del Estado de México, brindó amparo al exgobernador de Quintana Roo, Roberto Borge Angulo, ordenando que se revise si debe continuar o no sujeto a proceso, por el presunto delito de lavado de dinero, mismo por el que fue vinculado el pasado 5 de enero; ya que dijo no se cuentan con los motivos y fundamentos necesarios para que pueda continuar en prisión.

El juez indicó que los elementos presentados en contra de Borge, no cuentan con la debida fundamentación, por lo que no satisfacen los requisitos, tal como lo exige el artículo 16 de la Constitución; esto pese a que el exmandatario, fue acusado de lavado de 900 mdp del erario; además de rematar 22 predios que formaban parte de una reserva natural.

Hasta el momento sólo se tiene conocimiento, que la resolución del juez, será impugnada por autoridades de la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR), para evitar que el quintanarroense pueda quedar en libertad.
