Elba Esther Gordillo es absuelta de todos los delitos imputados en su contra

La madrugada de este miércoles, el abogado de la ex dirigente del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación, Elba Esther Gordillo, dio a conocer que la lideresa, quien había sido acusada de lavado de dinero y delincuencia organizada, quedó absuelta, gracias a la resolución que otorgara un magistrado federal, al no encontrar pruebas suficientes para imputarle alguno de estos delitos.

Marco Antonio del Toro, abogado de Gordillo, a través de una conferencia de prensa, dio a conocer el comunicado de la exdirigente; en el cual informó que “debido a la muy larga situación de aislamiento a la que me he visto sometida, me es necesario un plazo para asimilar”, continuó “he decidido no tener ningún contacto con medio de comunicación nacional o extranjero alguno”, aseguró.

Además, informó que “el próximo lunes 20 de agosto habré de convocar a aquellos medios de comunicación que tengan interés en conocer mi opinión y posición sobre los sucesos”; dicha fecha elegida para reunirse con medios es de relevancia nacional, ya que es el inicio del ciclo escolar 2018-2019.

Finalmente, medios de comunicación, intelectuales, políticos y sociedad en general, se han proclamado al respecto, ya que el fallo se da el mismo día en que se le entrega la constancia a Andrés Manuel López Obrador como presidente electo.
