Gerardo Fernández Noroña termina en el Ministerio Público

En días pasados, se dio a conocer que el diputado federal por el Partido del Trabajo (PT), Gerardo Fernández Noroña, se encontraba en el Ministerio Público número 56, porque presuntamente el legislador había robado un celular; a través de su cuenta de Twitter publicó, “Qué manera de terminar el día en la agencia del ministerio público número 56 por un pinche teléfono robado“, acompañado de una selfie.

A su vez, la cuenta de Twitter de Denuncia Ciudadana de la CDMX, publicó que el diputado había sido detenido, por arrebatarle a un tercero su teléfono celular, quien lo denunció por robo; las autoridades no descartaron el inicio de un proceso por el delito de robo, abuso de autoridad ya que también había recibido amenazas; finalmente se tiene conocimiento que Fernández Noroña pudo salir del ministerio debido a los acuerdos que lograron en el interior.
