Gertz Manero, Bátiz y De Gyves aspirantes a Fiscal General

La Mesa Directiva del Senado, esta mañana recibió la terna de los aspirantes a ocupar la titularidad de la Fiscalía General; los candidatos son Alejandro Gertz Manero, actual encargado del despacho de la PGR, Bernardo Bátiz, ex procurador capitalino y la magistrada Eva Verónica De Gyves Zárate; mismos que fueron propuestos por el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, y quiénes ya comparecen en el Senado.

Los tres aspirantes durante su comparecencia, ofrecerán una introducción, para que posteriormente los diferentes grupos parlamentarios puedan dar su posicionamiento, así como hagan las debidas preguntas, mismas que responderán uno a uno; una vez concluida la comparecencia la Comisión de Justicia del Senado realizará un dictamen de elegibilidad, para enviar a la Mesa Directiva y a su vez pueda ser evaluada y discutida en el pleno.
