Durante una entrevista realizada por el periodista Carlos Loret de Mola, al futuro secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón, informó que para la próxima toma de protesta del presidente, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, el 1 de diciembre, la empresaria Ivanka Trump, será quien represente al presidente estadounidense, Donald Trump, así como 31 integrantes más de la delegación del país vecino.

Dentro de los asistentes, se encuentran los gobernadores de Arizona y Nuevo México; ocho alcaldes de ciudades como Brownsville, El Paso, San Antonio, Los Ángeles, entre otros; los congresistas Vicente González y Henty Cuellar, el General en California, Xavier Becerra Attorney y el Director de US Conference Of Mayors, Tom Cochran, por sólo mencionar a algunos.
