Paulina Peña dedica una carta a Enrique Peña Nieto a través de Instagram

En días pasados, el Presidente de la República, Enrique Peña Nieto, entregó su último informe de gobierno, en el cuál acudieron una gran cantidad de personalidades, dentro de los asistentes, también se encontraba parte de su familia, sin embargo, quienes se llevaron los reflectores fueron sus hijas, quienes se notaban conmovidas con el fin del sexenio.

Posterior a este acto, su hija mayor, Paulina Peña Pretelini, publicó una carta en su cuenta de Instagram, en la cual se lee lo siguiente:

A mi papá

Siempre sobran motivos para decirte lo que te amo y estar orgullosa de ti, pero sé que hoy es el día más impactante de tu carrera (no se me ocurre otra palabra, lo digo refiriéndome al impacto en tu vida). Tengo la fortuna de tenerte como papá y de haber vivido un decenio contigo en privado, muy diferente a lo que se conoce en la vida pública, sabiendo todo lo que conlleva ser la figura pública más importante del país y que todos los ojos te vean cada segundo del día durante seis años.

Seis años en los que renunciaste a tu familia, a tus pasiones personales, a tu paz, a tu estabilidad , a tu salud, a tus amigos por un compromiso deseado y alcanzado. Seis años en los que te vi trabajar sin respirar para ti un segundo, en los que te vi preocupado y ocupado siempre por tu país, en los que te vi crecer y estar fatigado y cayéndote y levantándote y feliz!

Seis años de saberte apasionado y también porque no, angustiado por tu México, Nuestro México, seis años en los que te vi levantar a nuestro país una y otra vez después de ser arrastrado por todos los desastres naturales posibles.

Sé que fue un sexenio por demás difícil en todos los aspectos, el mundo se ha convertido en un lugar difícil pero también lleno de retos y oportunidades nuevas, yo vi lo positivo, lo viví día a día contigo. Tus aciertos y errores los vi convertirse en éxitos y lecciones, se que te llevas el alma llena y aunque hoy la sientas en pedazos por el ciclo que termina, no me queda más que decirte que te admiro y adoro con el alma.

No tengo palabras para que puedan describir el sentimiento que tengo desde hace unos meses, verte hoy entregar resultados a un México en crecimiento,además de que me enchina la piel, me engrandece el corazón. Realmente no tengo palabras para decirte la admiración que te tengo como, papá, amigo y sobre todo Presidente.

Creo firmemente que te tocó un sexenio donde hubo momentos muy difíciles, pero también se que hubo momentos que te hicieron un líder en toda la extensión de la palabra, te vi crecer de la mano de México, te vi amarlo profundamente!

Recuerdo cuando tenía 9 años, y tú y mi Mamá nos sentaron a mí y a mis hermanos en el baño (no sé por qué siempre son las reuniones familiares ahí, hasta la fecha) pero recuerdo que nos dijiste, hijos quiero ser Presidente del país y siempre ha sido mi sueño, no sé en qué momento pasaron tantos años pero sé que puedes estar en paz, porque has servido a tu nación como tiene que ser! Soy testigo de que entregaste cada fibra de tu cuerpo y de tu alma a México.
