SCJN pide que se suspendan indagatorias contra Peña Nieto

Luego de las acusaciones por parte del gobernador de Chihuahua, Javier Corral, quien aseguró que el presidente Enrique Peña Nieto habría participado en el desvío de recursos del priista Alejandro Gutiérrez; la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación ordenó frenar cualquier tipo de investigación en torno al titular del Ejecutivo y de miembros de su gabinete.

Dicho recursos fue presentado por Misha Leonel Granados, Consejero Jurídico de la Presidencia. “Se otorgó la suspensión en contra de los actos de investigación y procesamiento, ya que de no suspenderse se podría generar una situación grave de impunidad generalizada, al no tener certeza de cuáles son los fiscales y jueces competentes para procesar las investigaciones en contra de los funcionarios federales”, señaló el Ministro de la Corte.
